A personal opinion on the christian religion and jesus christ
To many Christians the Church must have felt like the fishing boat on the sea of Galilee, buffeted by strong winds and rocked by the waves. There are a number of reasons to insist on this. However, Christ, by his sacrificial death, broke the power of sin and enabled men and women to live in confidence, knowing their sins are forgiven and that they are judged righteous in the sight of God. The apostle Paul, who himself claimed to have met the risen Christ on the road to Damascus Acts , indicated this in his letter to the Corinthian church: "If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. On Thursday, Jesus ate his last meal with the twelve. No one so much as turned on a television on a Sunday. Another reason not to align the Christian faith with one party is that most political positions are not matters of biblical command but of practical wisdom. Nevertheless, while believers can register under a party affiliation and be active in politics, they should not identify the Christian church or faith with a political party as the only Christian one. The resurrection of Jesus changed everything. Regardless, Muslims believe that Jesus is alive in heaven and will return to the world in the flesh to defeat the Antichrist , once the world has become filled with sin, deception and injustice, and then live out the rest of his natural life. The birth of Jesus counterbalanced the fall of Adam, bringing forth redemption and repairing the damage done by Adam. Like the letters of St Paul, the Gospel writers also report appearances of Jesus to the disciples. There's certainly a Christological agenda in all these books, even in the earliest gospel. There was no need to wait for the last judgement. Not with a sword but with nails in his hands.
No one so much as turned on a television on a Sunday. The Quran says that Jesus himself never claimed any of these things, and it furthermore indicates that Jesus will deny having ever claimed divinity at the Last Judgment, and God will vindicate him.
In John's gospel we find what is often called 'The gospel in a nutshell': "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
One passage from the Book of the Psalms recalls an occasion where God had shown his power to save his people from distress in exactly the same way as Jesus had on the Sea of Galilee - by stilling a storm.
It wasn't a resuscitation - they believed Jesus had gone through death and out the other side, into a new physical body, which was now equally physical - only if anything more so rather than less so. The term is itself of Greek origin and thus represents only one part of the tradition, one element in the terms that have gone into making up Christianity.
On seeing this, Jesus authority was challenged by the Jewish authorities, who sought to have him arrested. Another reason not to align the Christian faith with one party is that most political positions are not matters of biblical command but of practical wisdom. His miraculous worked aroused opposition as well as support.

The birth of Jesus counterbalanced the fall of Adam, bringing forth redemption and repairing the damage done by Adam. If Jesus could conquer death so could others.
Jesus asks one of the servants to fill the large water jars with water, and soon there is plenty of wine again. This would be the new way to an eternal life. The Gospel gives us the resources to love people who reject both our beliefs and us personally. At first they think it's a ghost, but Jesus reassures them, telling them - 'Take heart, it is I! The Jewish council wished to have Jesus condemned to death, but being unable to carry out the death sentence themselves, they handed Jesus over to Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor. Christology can involve the humanity of Jesus, but there is often a special focus on the fact that he is more than merely a mortal person, he is divine in some way and in some sense the different gospel writers come at this somewhat differently. There's that whole thing in the gospels of Matthew and Mark about how he's very wary of people nailing him as the Messiah. The feeding of the 5, Jesus feeds the multitudes from a few loaves and fishes When Jesus arrives in a deserted and remote area to preach to a crowd of , he is told that the people are hungry. Like that boat in peril, the Christians in Rome might well have feared that their Church was in danger of sinking. All they manage to collect is five loaves and two fishes.
All of the gospel writers refer to Jesus' body being placed in a tomb. Yet one can take up the separate subjects of essence and identity in sequence, being always aware of how they interrelate.
